About Riverwood Canoe & Kayak Rental
Paddling As Easy As 1, 2, 3!

1. Park at Riverwood
We’re excited to see you at Riverwood! To start, you’ll meet us in the parking lot for your scheduled shuttle to the river. One of our friendly Riverwood Captains will be there to greet you and explain the plan for the day. After that, you can hop on the shuttle and enjoy a fantastic time on the river!

2. Launch at Wisconsin Interstate Park
The shuttle ride to the boat launch at Wisconsin Interstate Park takes approximately 20 minutes. Once we arrive, we will provide you with everything you need for a fun time, including boats, life jackets, and paddles. Before we get you out on the river, we’ll spend a few minutes discussing paddling basics and river safety. Then, we’ll help you get started floating down the river.

3. Take Out at Osceola Landing
Most people spend 2 1/2 to 3 1/2 hours enjoying the river as they make the 7-mile journey back to Osceola. You can take as much time as you like; some individuals paddle quickly and complete the trip in 90 minutes, while others prefer to relax and stop along the way, turning it into a full day of adventure. You’ll know you’ve reached your destination when you see the Osceola bridge, which is the only bridge on this route. At the landing, a Captain will be ready to take you back to your car, which is parked just a few minutes away.
